This web site is hosted and maintained in Britain therefore we intend to FULLY meet our obligations under any current or forthcoming consumer protection laws. ANY TERMS WE OFFER DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

REFUNDS
After investigation of any complaint, if the goods are returned, a full refund including postage will be provided within 14 days if the goods are faulty or not as ordered. We reserve the right to replace individually damaged components if they are returned with their original packaging ( postage will be refunded ). We cannot offer a refund if the goods are simply surplus to requirements.


REPLACEMENT / SPARES
We endeavour to look after customers who subsequently brake or damage items and try to avoid excessive charges. Nominal postal costs maybe charged simply to avoid loss.

PRICES - CURRENCIES
Both Mastercard and Visa are accepted on this site and whilst all prices are posted and charged in British £'s there is a currency converter permanently available at the top of this page.
