Return policy

In addition to your statutory rights, provided you return the goods within seven days in mint unusued condition we will refund the purchase price plus our shipping charge. We strongly recommend that you send the goods via a signed service, thus avoiding disputes.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ( VAT )

There is no VAT ( Value Added Tax ) in Jersey, and therefore our prices are frequently cheaper than other European Countries. If you are based in the UK and the purchase price ( excluding postal charges ) is not more than £21 the UK government will NOT charge you any VAT/import tax. Therefore please make sure your orders do not exceed this amount. Avoid multiple purchases if the combined cost is likely to exceed £21
